US Shipping Options
**Unforeseen Shipping Issues
From the time your package leaves Block Shop until it is delivered to your doorstep, all shipping liability lies with FedEx. Missing packages claims must be filed by the customer. File claim here. After the package is marked as delivered by FedEx, packages become the customer's responsibility. Block Shop cannot provide refunds for lost or stolen packages post-delivery.
If you require a signature upon receipt, please make special note of this upon checkout (in the notes section). Otherwise domestic packages do not require a signature.
International shipping is available for most countries during checkout, and pricing varies depending on the items in your cart. Please proceed to checkout to see if shipping is available in your area. We ship via FedEx International Economy, which includes tracking and has an estimated shipping time, customs-cleared, of 3-7 business days.
**Duties and Taxes
Please note that international customers are responsible for duties and taxes in the destination country. Block Shop cannot estimate or cover duties or customs on international shipping.
In the rare case of customs delays, please contact FedEx with tracking number.
Order Processing: 3-7 days from receipt of payment.
Returns: Please note that we do not accept international returns at this time. If there is a problem with your order, contact us at email@example.com.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Block Shop purchase, you may return your clean, unused textile to our studio address within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. A flat rate of $10 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping. Please click the link below to follow our return instructions. We will get back to you within one to two business days.

All international sales are final. Unfortunately we cannot offer returns on international orders. If you have any questions, please reach out to us before placing your order. We will be happy to help!
