Inspired by the craggy dogwood tree the Block Shop sisters used to play under in our childhood. Often the earliest bloomers, their bright white flowers welcome spring when the surrounding woods are still bare.
The Dogwood knob started as a clay sculpture by artist and designer Hopie Stockman Hill, and was then hand-cast in unlacquered brass at a local foundry in Los Angeles.
Each piece is 100% unique and may have irregularities or imperfections, which we think makes them even more special. Unlacquered brass will patina with time. You can keep them bright and shiny with an annual brass polish, but we love the way unlacquered brass ages.

Care
Clean regularly with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove dust or tarnish. An annual polish (using brass-specific polish) will keep them nice and bright.
